Teachers Recruitment BoardCollege Road Chennai600006Direct Recruitment for the post of Post Graduate Assistants Physical Education Directors GradeI 20182019Release of Revised Provisional Selection List for the Commerce SubjectThe Board had issued notification No102019 dated 12062019 for the Direct Recruitment for the post of PostGraduate Assistants Physical Education Directors GradeI 20182019 As per the said notification Board conducted Computer Based Examination from 27092019 to 29092019 and the examination results were published on 18102019 and 21102019 The Board conducted certificate verification for the shortlisted candidates in 12 ratio on 08112019 and 09112019The provisional selection lists for the subjects Botany Mathematics and Geography were published on 20112019 After the publication of results some of the candidates filed Writ Petitions WPMD No 6212020 and others before the Honble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court challenging the Provisional Selection list published by this Board on 20112019 The Honble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court allowed the Writ Petition in its Orders dated 10022020 in WPMD No 6212020 The Writ Appeal MD No1058 of 2020 filed by this Board in the said Writ Petition was also dismissed by the Division Bench of the Honble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court on 23122020 The Board filed SLP before the Honble Apex Court Supreme Court of India and the Honble Apex Court C Nos129272021 dismissed the SLP on 27082021 The Board also filed Review Petition vide before the Honble Apex Court vide RPC No10122021 in SLP C No 129272021 which was dismissed on 05102021 According to the above Orders the Board has already revised the Provisional Selection Lists published by this Board on 20112019 for the subjects Botany Mathematics and Geography and implemented the Orders delivered on 10022020 by the Honble Madurai Bench of Madras Hight Court in WPMD No 6212020Similarly the Board has decided to revise the Provisional Selection List published by this Board on 20112019 for the subject Commerce in order to implement the Orders delivered on 24012020 by the Honble Madurai Bench of Madras Hight Court in WP No 335752019 According to the above Courts Orders the Board now releases the Revised Provisional Selection List for the subject PG Commerce Utmost care has been taken in preparing the list and in publishing it Incorrect list would not confer any right of enforcement Teachers Recruitment Board reserves the right to correct any errors that may creep in at any stageDated20042022ChairmanRevised Provisional Selection List for the subject Commerce Department of School EducationRevised Provisional Selection List for the subject Commerce AdiDravidar and Tribal Welfare DepartmentHome
