Teachers Recruitment Board maintains online archives for a period of 5 years to allow for the retrieval of content which has expired.
Schemes, Tenders, Forms, Recruitment Notices which have been withdrawn, or discontinued, or have exceeded are removed with proper notice after archiving, may be expunged (May be removed totally).
All possible efforts are taken to keep the content on the Website current and up to date. This Content Review Policy defines the roles and responsibilities of the website content review and the way it needs to be carried out. Review Policies are defined for the diverse content elements.
The content is normally reviewed at least two weeks prior to the validity date and revalidate if required the content and modify the validity date. If content is not relevant, then the content is archived and no longer published on the Website.

In Website would require security clearance certificate before hosting any sub website on its site. The website has been audited by CERT-In/TNeGA empanelled auditor, and all the vulnerabilities have been fixed prior to their forwarding for hosting. On completion of fixing of all vulnerabilities, security clearance certificate is received by Teachers Recruitment Board of CERT-In/TNeGA empanelled auditor.
