Notification: 03/2023

As per the Notification No.3/2023 on 25.10.2023, Addendum 3A/2023 Dated:15/11/2023 & Addendum 3B/2023 Dated:17/05/2024 for Direct Recruitment of Graduate Teachers / Block Resource Teacher Educators (BRTE) – 2023. The examination result was published on 18.05.2024 and 22.05.2024.

Now the board here by released the Certificate Verification list for the eligible candidates in the ratio 1:1.25 by following the merit cum communal turn.

As per the Notification, it is informed that

* If more than one candidate secures the same cut-off marks for the particular communal turn, all such candidates are called for Certificate Verification.

* The call letter for Certificate Verification will be published in the Teachers Recruitment Board’s website https://www.trb.tn.gov.in/ only.

* Those Candidates who are short-listed for Certificate Verification can download the Call letter uploaded in the TRB’s website (i.e., in the candidate's dashboard) only. No other mode of communication will be sent to the candidates for Certificate Verification.

* Candidates short-listed as above shall bring all the original and attested copies of all Certificates /Documents as stated in the Call Letter for Certificate Verification. The candidate should bring the filled-up Bio-data Form (Annexure – I) and Identification Certificate (Annexure – II) which is made available in the TRB website.

* Candidates who are not personally present for the Certificate Verification on the prescribed date shall not be considered for further selection process even if they have secured the qualifying marks for selection.

* The candidates are being called for Certificate Verification in the ratio of 1:1.25, calling for Certificate Verification and Verifying their Certificates / Documents is not a Guarantee for final selection.
